We want you to be happy with CamLoop. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
Try before you pay
CamLoop is free to download, and Pro starts with a free trial that does not require a card up front. The trial is the best way to confirm CamLoop works for your Mac and your meeting apps before any payment is made.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are charged for Pro and are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it, no hard feelings. This applies to your most recent payment.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number or license key. We will confirm and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time from the billing portal linked inside the app (Settings) or from your purchase receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps Pro active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period, but if you are within the 14-day window above, just email us.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We recommend cancelling before a renewal date if you do not want to continue. If a renewal catches you by surprise, contact us and we will work it out fairly.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Purchases and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and are also subject to their terms. We never see or store your card details.
